Q1: Can you replace the power adaptor? What type of cord is needed?

Yes, the adapter can be replaced, but it can only be replaced by the original adapter of V770 (output voltage=26.5V), so as not to affect the battery life.

Q2: Will this vacuum charge with 220V outlet?

Yes. The charger Input 100~240VAC,50/60Hz, Output 26.5V-500mAh.

Q3: How long does it take to charge the battery?

It takes about 4-5 hours for the battery to be fully charged (Please make sure to use the matched adapter to charge the battery.) When the battery is fully charged, the indicator light will be solid.

Q4: How long can the cordless stick vacuum work for one charge?

Normally the battery can work for about 20-45 minutes on standard speed and 10-20 minutes on high speed, and its working varies on different cleaning occasions.

Q5: Are the filters washable? especially the white filter pad?

Yes, the filters are washable, and detachable too.
Please note that they should be dry before you use the vacuum again, otherwise the dust mixed with water will coagulate, which causes air-blocked and decrease the suction power.

Q6: Is there a wired connection along the bottom of the tube to the main unit battery?

Yes, there is a wired connection along the tube, which can conduct electricity from the vacuum head to the motorized head.

Q7: Is there overcharge protection? can I leave it in a plug for a couple of days?

Yes, the battery possesses overcharge protection. To maintain the battery life, we recommend the battery when it's fully charged.

Q8: Is the cordless handheld vacuum retractable pole long enough to clean ceiling stuff?

Yes, the vacuum lengths are 34.5 inches when fully extended, which is long enough to reach the regular ceiling. Also, there are several combis.

Q9: How to store my V770 Vacuum?

There are two ways to store your vacuum cleaner.
1. There is a wall-mount attachment. You can hang up the whole vacuum cleaner on the wall.
2. The vacuum cleaner can stand up alone and you can place it anywhere you want.

Troubleshootings

1. Why doesn't the vacuum cleaner work properly?

Check if the battery needs to be recharged or if there is any blockage in the vacuum. Here are some steps that might be helpful:
👉#1. Detach all the attachments, use only the vacuum motor, and test if it can work properly.
If not, please send us a video of the indicator lights on the motor when testing. We will help you confirm the problem and provide a solution accordingly.
If the vacuum head can work properly, please continue step 2
👉#2. Connect the brush directly to the vacuum motor, and test if the machine can work properly.

2. The suction power of the vacuum cleaner is weaker than before.

The suction problem is normally caused by clogging or air leakage.
👉#1. Check if the battery needs to be recharged.
👉#2. Check if the dust cup and the filters need cleaning.
👉#3. Check if there is any blockage in the tube of the motorized cleaner head that needs to be removed.
👉#4. The motor and filters are damaged and need to be replaced. Please contact our Customer Support Team via support@inselife.com with a video and our tech team will help you confirm and offer solutions.

3. The vacuum is not charging.

The not charging problem could be caused by the battery or adapter, either the battery or the adapter needs to be replaced.
👉#1. Please make sure to use the matched adapter to charge the battery.
👉#2. Normally, it takes about 4-5 hours for the battery to be fully charged, when the battery is fully charged, the indicator light will be SOLID on and stop flashing.

4. The vacuum cleaner will throw the trash back out.

The problem is probably caused by clogging.
👉#1. Ensure the vacuum is turned off, and disconnect all accessories.
👉#2. Check for blockages in the Tube, Cleaner head, and Inlet of the dust cup.
👉#3. Empty the Dust Cup and check if the filter needs cleaning or replacing.

5. The roller brush stops spinning.

Check if the roller brush is stuck and needs cleaning.
There is a circuit breaker in the motorized cleaner's head, when the roller is stuck or when there is a program error, the vacuum will shut off automatically to protect the motor and need to rest for a while before it can work again.
