The mesh filter and stainless strainer can be detached for washing. Please remember the HEPA filter can't wash.❣️ Ensure the filter or strainer is completely dry before refitting.
💡S610 vacuum cleaner has two modes.
💡35-45min on standard mode and up to 12-20min on MAX mode.
🎈S610 battery takes about 4-5 hours for the battery to be fully charged, when the battery is fully charged, the three indicator lights will be on and stop flashing.
⚠️Our battery has overcharge protection. But for your safety, it is recommended to unplug the charger after the battery is fully charged.
Here are three ways of storage:
✨Hang the whole stick vacuums onto the charging base on the wall.
✨Shorten its length, hang the main motor onto the under hook, and store it in the cabinet.

👉①. Please detach the metal tube and motorized brush, test the vacuum motor ONLY, and check if it works properly.

👉②. Connect the brush directly to the vacuum motor (remove the tube), and let me know if the vacuum can work properly.
❤️ If the motorized brush spins and the LED light is on and spins, then it's the problem of the metal tube.

🎈Check whether the battery needs charging.
🎈Check if the dustbin, strainer, or Hepa is full of dust.
🎈Check if the connector of the motor and tube is clogged.
🎈Check if there is any blockage in the tube or roller brush that is tangled by hair.

💡The not charging problem could be caused by the battery or adapter, either the battery or the adapter needs to be replaced.
🎈Please make sure to use the matched adapter to charge the battery.
