Q1: What is the difference between the S6T and S6P Pro?

The only difference between S6T and S6P Pro is the S6T has only one battery and the S6P Pro has two batteries. They have no function difference.

Q2: How wide is the brush head?

The width of the large motorized brush head is 10.23 inches.

Q3: How long does it take to charge? What is the running time for each charge ?

It takes 5 to 6 hours to full charge.
The runtime depends on the suction modes you use, with max mode, it works about 20 minutes, with the standard mode, it can last about 40 minutes.

Q4: Does it work well to pick up debris (such as dog hair ) from carpets?

Yes. The stiff roller helps roll up the debris or dog hair embedded in the low-pile carpets.

Q5: How to remove the long hair wrapped around the brush?

INSE S6T/S6P Pro comes with a small 2-in-1 cleaning gadget for a convenient cleaning job, the brush on one side can help clean the dust inside the dust cup. The blade with a hook on another side is helpful for cutting and removing hair tangled with the roller brush.

Q6: Does it work with 220 Volt?

Yes. It works with 100V-240V.


Q7: What is the capacity of the dust bin?

The capacity is 1.2 L.

Q8: What does the stick vacuum weigh?

The main body of our vacuum cleaner is 3.3 lbs.

Q9: How to store my S6T Vacuum?

There are two ways to store your vacuum cleaner.
1. There is a wall-mount attachment. You can hang up the whole vacuum cleaner on the wall.
2. You can detach the vacuum host and install it on the metal tube (there is a black hook on the metal tube), then it will stand on its own.

Q10: The white HEPA filter was wrapped with something like fabric, was it supposed to be removed?

Please do not take it off. The mesh filter could help to capture dust and is washable. Please keep it.

Q11: How long is the metal tube?

The length of the retractable metal tube is 27.4 inches when it is fully extended.

Q12: There are two kinds of roller brushes, how can I use them?

We have two kinds of roller brushes: the soft roller brush which is more suitable for the hard surface, and the stiff roller brush which can both be suitable for the hard surface and carpet. If you have both hard surfaces and carpets, we suggest you better use a stiff roller brush.

Troubleshootings

1. Why can my battery not hold a charge?

If your battery can not hold a charge, it might be caused by the charger, the battery, or a blockage.

#1. Please check if the battery is charged with the original charger. (The original charger is 36V)

#2. Please confirm after 5-6 hours of charging, what is the situation of the 3 indicator lights. When the battery is fully charged, the three indicator lights will be SOLID on.

#3. Please check if there is a clog in the motorized brush, the metal tube, the HEPA filter, or the black rubber piece of the air inlet of the main motor. Our vacuum cleaner comes with lock-rotating protection, if it is clogged, the vacuum cleaner will stop working.

2. Why does the vacuum cleaner can only work for a few seconds/minutes?

#1. Please check if the battery is charged with the original charger. (The original charger is 36V)

#2. Please confirm after 5-6 hours of charging, what is the situation with the 3 indicator lights. When the battery is fully charged, the three indicator lights will be SOLID on.

#3. Please check if there is a clog in the metal tube and the motorized brush.

#4. Please detach the metal tube and the motorized brush to see if the vacuum host can work independently. If it can not work independently, it is the problem with the motor.

3. Why does the motorized brush stop spinning?

#1. Please check if there is a clog in the motorized brush and clean it with the cleaning tool.

#2. Please detach all the attachments, connect the motorized brush directly to the vacuum motor, and test if the machine can work properly.

If it works well without the metal tube, it might be the problem of the metal tube, otherwise, it might be the problem of the motorized brush.

4. Why can the vacuum not suck up anything/with low suction?

#1. Please check if the vacuum cleaner is on low-power and to see if there is only one blue power light on.

#2. Please check if the motorized brush and the metal tube are clogged.

#3. Please check if the HEPA needs to be cleaned or changed. Tips: The HEPA is closely connected with the suction power and should be cleaned regularly and replaced according to your use frequency.

#4. Please check if the rubber seal on the vacuum host is installed correctly. If the rubber seal is not installed, it will cause the air to leak, the suction power will be weak.

#5. Please detach all the attachments to check if the vacuum host can suck up directly. If it cannot suck up directly, it is the problem with to motor.

5. Why does our vacuum cleaner have a strange sound when it is working?

Please confirm where the strange sound comes from, the vacuum host or the motorized brush?

#1. Please check if there is a clog inside the motorized brush. Or if the brush was tangled by hair or something else?

#2. Please check if the HEPA and the filter are installed in the main motor.

6. Why does our vacuum cleaner overheat?

If your vacuum cleaner is overheating, it is probably caused by a clog.

#1. Please check if the motorized brush and the metal tube are clogged.

#2. Please check if the HEPA needs to be cleaned or changed.

Tips: The HEPA closely connected with the suction power and should be cleaned regularly and be replaced according to your use frequency.

#3. Please check if the dust box is cleaned.
