Q1: How do I purchase a second battery?

The following 2 ways can help you find a spare battery:

1. You can visit the INSE US-YXN store to find the battery link and purchase by yourself.

2. Please contact us via support@inselife.com with your Order ID for help, we'll tell you how to buy it.

Q2: Is there one floor head to clean rugs and hardwood?

Yes, the cordless stick vacuum with a floor brush head performs very well on rugs, low-pile carpets as well as hardwood floors, marble, and tile floors.

Q3: How many CFM's does this vacuum have?

The CFM of our lightweight stick cordless vacuum cleaner is 16.2. In Max mode, the cordless vacuum cleaner generates 30Kpa of powerful suction power with a 150AW brushless motor.

Q4: How many inches high is the floor brush?

The floor brush head is 2.5 inches in height, 11inches in length, and 10.2 inches in width. With 180° sideways swivels and 90° up and down swivels, it enables you to clean your house in all directions and reach hard-to-reach areas.

Q5: Is the hepa filter washable or not?

The metal strainer and dust cup can be easily cleaned and washed, but the HEPA filter cannot be washed because washing it will affect its filtration performance. We recommend you clean the HEPA filter with the little cleaning gadget and replace the filter regularly.

Q6: How should I charge the battery?

There are two ways to charge the battery:

Charge it separately.

Charge the whole machine when the battery is inserted into the main motor.

Q7: How long does it take to charge the battery?

It takes about 4-4.5 hours for the battery to be fully charged (Please make sure to use the original V120 adapter to charge the battery.) When the battery is fully charged, the indicator light will be solid on.

Troubleshootings

1. Why doesn't the vacuum cleaner work properly?

Check if the battery needs to be recharged or if there is any blockage in the vacuum.

Step1: Detach all the attachments, use only the vacuum motor, and test if it can work properly.

If not, please send us a video of the indicator lights on the motor when testing to support@inselife.com. We will help you confirm the problem and provide a solution accordingly.

If the vacuum head can work properly, please continue step 2

Step 2: Connect the brush directly to the vacuum motor, and test if the machine can work properly.

This step is to check if it is the metal tube's problem.

2. The suction power of the vacuum cleaner is weaker than before. What should I do?

The suction problem is normally caused by clogging or air leakage.

Step1. Check if the battery needs to be recharged.

Step2. Check if the dust cup and the HEPA filters need cleaning.

Step3. Check if there is any blockage in the tube or in the floor brush head.

Step4. The motor and HEPA filters are damaged and need to be replaced. Please send us a video of the vacuum when testing to support@inselife.com. We will help you confirm the problem and provide a solution accordingly.

3. The motor has a strange sound when the vacuum cleaner is working and stops working after 5 seconds.

Please check if the HEPA filter and strainer are clogged. The filter and strainer are designed to block out the dust and small particle and protect the motor, please make sure to use the vacuum with these two parts.

4. The machine is suddenly powered off while working, and the left light flashes and then goes out.

Check if the dust box and the HEPA filter are stuck and need cleaning.

If the display screen shows the round shape red icon, you need to check the dust cup and connection tube to see whether they are blocked and whether the HEPA has retained too much dust.

5. The vacuum is not charging.

The not charging problem could be caused by the battery or adapter, either the battery or the adapter needs to be replaced.

Step1. Please make sure to use the matched original adapter to charge the battery.

Step2. Normally, it takes about 4-4.5 hours for the battery to be fully charged, when the battery is fully charged, the indicator light will be SOLID on and stop flashing.

6. The charging indicator light is blinking, but the battery state shows 0% in the display.

The whole machine has just been discharged, and the battery cooling is insufficient.

Please keep charging and leave it cool for about half an hour, the battery percentage can be displayed naturally.

7. Cannot turn on while battery is charging.

Please do not turn on the machine during charging, it is the normal program to protect the motor from overheating.

8. The battery is charged for more than an hour, and it cannot be turned on when it is placed in the machine.

The battery pack is damaged, we recommended you to replace the battery pack.

9. The battery pack charging indicator light is off, but the screen battery indicator light flashes.

The battery charging indicator light is damaged, we recommended you to replace the battery pack.
