The battery can work for 55 minutes on the Eco mode, 25 minutes on the Medium mode, 13 minutes on the High mode, and the Auto mode depending on the cleaning task.

Yes. The INSE S9 cordless vacuum comes with a V rubber roller brush and soft roller brush, the V rubber roller brush helps roll up the debris or pet hair embedded in the low-pile carpets, it also prevents hair from getting tangled on the roller.
You don't need to keep holding the trigger down. When you turn it on first is auto mode, then press the power mode switch(on the surface of the main motor handle) to change to eco, med, or high mode successively.
The net weight (including main motor, battery pack, metal tube, motorized cleaner head, V rubber brush) of our INSE S9 cordless stick vacuum is 6.37 lbs.
There are two ways to store your vacuum cleaner.
1. Our wall mount cannot be used for hanging the machine, it can only be used to support it when the vacuum cleaner stands on the floor.
2. You can conveniently rest the vacuum on tables, countertops, and furniture.
We have two kinds of roller brushes: the V rubber roller brush that prevents hair from getting tangled on the roller, which is better to use for the carpet, and the soft roller brush used for tile, marble, wood floor, etc., which can protect your hard floor.
The length of the retractable metal tube is 24.96 inches when it is fully extended.

It might be caused by the charger, the battery, or the main motor.
①. Please check if the battery is charged with the original charger. (The original charger is 31V)
②. Please confirm if the LED screen shows 100% fully charged after 4-4.5 hours of charging.
③. Please charge battery out of vacuum cleaner, after 4-4.5 hours, please check whether the three indicator lights on the battery are solid blue.

①. Please check whether the roller brush is tangled by hair, if it was tangled the LED display will shows "EE" erro,
②. Please check if the pins on brush head and metal tube bend or break up.
③ Please detach metal tube, and connect motorized brush with vacuum motor directly to check if brush works.
💡 If motorized brush spins and Ring Light is normal, then it's the problem of the metal tube.
💡 If Ring Light is red and motorized brush doesn't spin, then it's the problem of motorized brush.

Please align the bottom of the dust box with the recess on the right side of the bottom of the host head, and rotate to lock.
