It takes 4-4.5 hours to fully charge.
This vacuum is designed with 4 modes: Eco mode, Medium mode, High mode, and Auto mode.
The battery can work for 55 minutes on the Eco mode, 25 minutes on the Medium mode, 13 minutes on the High mode, and the Auto mode depending on the cleaning task.
The use time of the battery is different in various situations. When you use it to clean some large-size debris or particles, it might decrease the use time because of the heavy cleaning task.

Yes. The INSE S9 cordless vacuum comes with a V rubber roller brush and soft roller brush, the V rubber roller brush helps roll up the debris or pet hair embedded in the low-pile carpets, it also prevents hair from getting tangled on the roller.

You don't need to keep holding the trigger down. When you turn it on first is auto mode, then press the power mode switch(on the surface of the main motor handle) to change to eco, med, or high mode successively.
