Q2: What are the battery parameters?

The battery is a large capacity 8 Cell-2500 m-A-h long runtime rechargeable & detachable battery.

Q3: What does the S62/S63 vacuum cleaner weigh?

The weight(including all attachments) of the S62 is 8.4lb, and the weight(including all attachments) of the S63 is 8.8lb.

Q4: What kind of charger is compatible with the S62/S63 vacuum cleaner?

The S62/S63 is only adapted with the original charger, which output is 36V,500mA.

Q5: How to clean the dust cup?


The sign -MAX- on the dust cup means dust capacity limit. Once the dust approaches the sign, empty the dust cup in time. You could use the 2-in-1 cleaning gadget to clean the inside.

Q6: How to remove the long hair wrapped around the brush?

1. Unlock the side lock on the underside of
cleaner head, remove the side cover, and take out the roller brush.

2. Remove the side cover of the roller brush
if necessary.

3. Use the 2-in-1 cleaning gadget to cut and
remove the tangled hair.


Q7: How to clean the handheld part of the main motor
?

1. Please turn off the vacuum before cleaning.

2. Wipe the surface with a clean cloth; avoid the water getting into the inner part of the vacuum.
3. Do not place the vacuum under direct sunlight or in wet places after cleaning.

Q8: Can the HEPA filters be washed?

The HEPA can't be washed by water. You can use the 2-in-1 cleaning gadget to clean it and the HEPA should be replaced according to the usage of your frequency. The mesh filter of HEPA is washable.

Q9: Can the S62/S63 vacuum cleaner stand on its own?

Yes, the S62/S63 vacuum cleaner can stand on its own. You can also remove the vacuum main unit and mount it on a metal pipe (there is a black hook on the metal pipe), and it will stand on its own.

Q10: Can the vacuum cleaner work while charging?

No, the vacuum cleaner cannot work when it is charged.

Troubleshootings

1. Why does the vacuum cleaner can only work for a few seconds/minutes?

1. Please check if the battery is charged with the original charger. (The original charger is 36V)
2. Please confirm after 5-6 hours of charging, what is the situation with the 3 indicator lights. When the battery is fully charged, the three indicator lights will be SOLID.
3. Please check if there is a clog in the metal tube and the motorized brush.
4. Please detach the metal tube and the motorized brush to see if the main motor can work independently(please install the metal filter and HEPA). If it can not work independently, it is a problem with the motor.

2. Why does the vacuum cleaner have a strange sound or loud noise when it is working?

1. Please check if there is a clog in the motorized brush, the metal tube, the filters, or the dust inlet of the main motor.
2. Please check if the HEPA and the filter are installed in the main motor, and check whether the HEPA is too dirty and needs to be cleaned.
3. Please detach the motorized brush and the metal tube and then send me a video to show the abnormal noise(please install the metal filter and HEPA).  If it sounds normal without the motorized brush, it might be the problem of the motorized brush, otherwise, it might be the problem of the main motor.

3. Why won't the battery charge/fully charge?

1. Please check if the battery is charged with the original charger. (The original charger is 36V)
2. Please confirm after 5-6 hours of charging, what is the situation with the 3 indicator lights. When the battery is fully charged, the three indicator lights will be SOLID.
3. Please remove the metal tube and motorized brush to see if the main motor can work independently.

4. Why does the motorized brush stop spinning?

1. Please check if there is a clog in the motorized brush or if there is too much hair wrapped around the roller brush and clean it with the cleaning tool.
2. Please detach all the attachments, connect the motorized brush directly to the vacuum motor, and test if the machine can work properly.
If it works well without the metal tube, it might be the problem of the metal tube, otherwise, it might be the problem of the motorized brush.
3. If it works well without the metal tube, please detach the roller brush, and then check if the roller axis can spin normally. If the roller axis can spin, it might be the problem of the roller brush.

5. Why can the vacuum cleaner not suck up anything/with low suction?

1. Please check if there is a clog in the motorized brush, the metal tube, or the air-inlet black rubber piece.
2. Please check if the HEPA filter is too dirty.
The HEPA should be replaced according to the usage of your frequency.
3. Please check if the rubber seal on the vacuum host is installed correctly in the dust box.
If the rubber seal is not installed, it will cause the air to leak, the suction power will be weak.
4, Please detach the motorized brush and metal tube to check if the vacuum host can suck up dirt(please install the metal filter and HEPA)?
