Is it suitable for cleaning carpeted floor?

I5 is perfect for hard floors. For carpeted floor, it is suitable for short pile carpet, but not for thick or high-pile carpet.

Troubleshootings

The vacuum cleaner loses suction.

The problem is probably caused by clogging or air leakage.

Check if each part of the vacuum is properly connected; check if there is any blockages in the Tube, Cleaner head, or other accessories.

Clean the dust container including the strainer and filter pad, wash or replace the filter pad if necessary. (Leave filter dry before using it again)

The vacuum motor overheats and shuts down fast.

The problem is probably caused by clogging.

Ensure the vacuum is turned off, disconnect all accessories.

Check if there is any blockage in the Rod, Cleaner head, or other accessories.

Clean the dust container including strainer and filter pad, wash or replace the filter pad if necessary. (Leave filter dry before using it again)
